Genvium Product Terms

Last updated: October 2026

Genvium is a product of Auduvant Technologies LLC ("Auduvant," "we," "our," or "us"). These Product Terms add to the Auduvant Technologies Terms of Use, which apply to Genvium as well. Where these Product Terms and the Terms of Use differ, these Product Terms apply to Genvium. By creating a Genvium account or using Genvium, you agree to both.

1. What Genvium is

Genvium helps startups find, organize and track funding opportunities such as grants, tax credits, competitions and accelerators. It includes searching and filtering opportunities, saving favorites, tracking your applications and their deadlines, readiness checklists, optional deadline reminders, AI-assisted drafting, and exporting your data. Features may change as Genvium develops, and some may be offered as beta features.

2. Who can use Genvium

  • You must be 18 or older to create a Genvium account.
  • If you use Genvium for a company or organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
  • Keep your account information accurate. One person per account.

3. Price

Genvium is free to use. If we ever offer paid features, we will show the price and terms before you buy, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

4. Funding information

Genvium gathers opportunities from public sources, including government databases, organizations' websites and public posts, partly with the help of automated and AI tools. Programs change their rules, amounts and deadlines without telling us, so information in Genvium may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always check the official source before you apply. Listing an opportunity does not mean we endorse it, and Genvium does not decide eligibility or guarantee any funding outcome.

5. AI drafting

Genvium AI writes draft text from your business profile and the application you choose. Drafts can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting and deciding what you submit to any funder. Do not include other people's confidential information in your profile or applications.

6. Not advice

Genvium is an information and organizing tool. Nothing in Genvium, including AI drafts, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter in Genvium, such as your business profile, applications, notes and drafts. You let Auduvant store and process it to provide Genvium to you, including sending the information needed for a draft to our AI provider when you ask for one. We do not use it for advertising.

8. Using Genvium fairly

In addition to the acceptable use rules in the Terms of Use, do not copy or extract Genvium's opportunity database by automated means, resell access to Genvium, or use Genvium AI to create unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

9. Emails

We send account emails you ask for (such as password resets), deadline reminders if you turn them on, and a monthly email about new opportunities. To stop the monthly email, email info@genvium.com.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It is closed straight away and permanently erased 30 days later. You can download your data first with Export My Data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Terms of Use, as the Terms of Use describe.

11. Privacy

The Genvium Privacy Policy explains what Genvium collects and why.

12. Disclaimers, liability and disputes

The disclaimers, limitation of liability, Michigan governing law and arbitration terms in the Terms of Use apply to Genvium.

13. Changes

We may update these Product Terms. We will post the new version here, and if a change is material we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect.
